Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities to support developmental tracking. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones, behaviors, and daily experiences. Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to support effective learning environments. Follow all health and safety regulations including first aid procedures to respond promptly to minor injuries or emergencies. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience working with children in daycare settings or similar environments such as babysitting or nannying roles. Proficiency in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement. Ability to implement first aid procedures confidently when needed. Familiarity with special education needs and working with individuals with disabilities to support inclusive learning experiences. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, team members, and children effectively.
