Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher Shape young minds, inspire a love of learning, and lead a classroom of future kindergarten stars! We are seeking an experienced, certified educator to serve as a Full-time Lead Georgia Pre-K teacher for the 2026 - 2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to lead a high-quality classroom that prepares children for kindergarten success. Position Details Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Full-time, school-year position Required Qualifications Valid Georgia teaching certification or eligibility to serve as a Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher Experience teaching Pre-K or early elementary students Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice Excellent organizational and communication skills Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging lessons using Creative Curriculum Conduct ongoing child observations and enter documentation into Work Sampling Online Maintain the classroom according to Georgia Pre-K environment and instructional guidelines Monitor student progress and prepare children for kindergarten readiness Build strong partnerships with families Collaborate with your teaching assistant, leadership team, and fellow educators Who You Are Warm, organized, and highly professional Passionate about preparing children for lifelong learning Creative, energetic, and engaging Detail-oriented and comfortable with documentation and assessments A supportive team player who values collaboration Compensation & Benefits Salary based on the official Georgia Pre-K salary scale 401(k) Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Company-paid hospitalization policy through Aflac Company-paid mental health support through CuraLinc Healthcare Why You'll Love It Here You'll join a center that values professionalism, teamwork, and a family-oriented culture.
