Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain high standards of care. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom to ensure a conducive learning environment. Skills Experience working in a preschool setting or with young children is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning atmosphere. Ability to engage in behavior management strategies that support positive child development. Experience in babysitting or childcare is a plus, particularly with infants or children with disabilities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
