This position supports classrooms as needed and helps provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities Supervise and engage with children throughout the day Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Support multiple classrooms when needed Follow all childcare licensing and safety regulations Help with meals, nap time, playground supervision, and learning activities Assist with diapering and potty-training needs Update the parent communication app with: Diapering logs Meal updates Supply needs Photos and videos Daily activities and notes Be available when a teacher calls out sick or additional classroom support is needed Provide compassionate care and support to all children, including children with special needs

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable, patient, and able to work well with children and staff Must be comfortable working with children with special needs using love, care, patience, understanding, and compassion Must have a clean background check Must have a valid and current CPR & First Aid certification Must have completed 10-hour ECE (Early Childhood Education) training certificates

Schedule:

Hours are as needed Typical shifts may be: 6:30 AM

• 3:30 PM 10:00 AM
• 6:00 PM 1:00 PM
• 6:00 PM Schedule may vary based on center needs
