Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. In this role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and a love of learning. Your expertise in childhood development, curriculum development, and classroom management will help shape the educational journey of preschool-aged children. Duties Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support their developmental milestones across areas such as language skills, social-emotional growth, and fine and gross motor skills. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress and address individual needs related to special education or early intervention programs. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and child welfare practices. Utilize standardized testing tools and assessment techniques to monitor developmental progress and inform instructional strategies. Incorporate diverse teaching strategies including tutoring, classroom management techniques, and lesson planning to meet the unique needs of each student. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development across multiple disciplines including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Classroom experience demonstrating effective classroom management and behavior management techniques. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate standardized testing results and support individualized learning plans. Certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in special education or toddler care are a plus.
