Our Christian preschool is seeking a nurturing, joyful Preschool Teacher to become part of our school family. At our preschool, we love children and love Jesus. What You'll Do:
Create a loving, Christ-centered classroom Teach and care for young children through play, learning, and prayer Share biblical values through daily interactions and age-appropriate lessons Partner with families to support each child's growth

School Year Positions:
$15.50/hr. - Lead Teacher 3 yr. old class - Monday through Wednesday 8:15-1:30pm $15.50/hr. - Lead Teacher 3 yr. old class - Monday through Thursday 8:15-1:30pm $14.00/hr. - Subs - As Needed Monday through Thursday 8:15-1:30pm Highlights of 2026-2027
School Year Positions:
We follow the Forsyth County School Calendar Small class size of 10:1 ratio. 25% Employee Tuition Discount for
Lead Teachers Requirements:
A Mature Christian with a strong knowledge of the Bible and agreeing with Concord Baptist Church's doctrinal beliefs. Be an Active (regular attender) member of a church that has the same doctrinal beliefs as Concord Baptist Church. Have a high school diploma. Proficient computer skills. Experience in a preschool, child care center, kindergarten, elementary school grades, or a church setting.
REQUIRED
: previous lead or assistant teacher experience. Experience developing or following a lesson plan. Must have a sincere love for children and be able to relate to children joyfully and sensitively Background and reference checks will be performed prior to employment. CPR / Fire Safety Training will be provided if needed.
