We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners (6 weeks-12 months).

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, responsive care to infants throughout the day Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Implement age-appropriate curriculum and sensory activities Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day Ensure compliance with all state licensing and center policies Work collaboratively with team members to maintain ratios and supervision

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred Knowledge of infant development and care practices CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Must meet all Georgia DECAL requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, patient, and attentive

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Center hours: 6:30 AM
