The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others. The assistant director's responsibilities include the following: Overseeing the operations of the School, specifically focusing on educational programming, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance Using a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the School for the future Developing strong relationships with our families Managing a budget Complying with state childcare licensing regulations Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

Qualifications :
