Discovery Point [Your Center Name] Are you passionate about helping little learners explore, discover, and grow? Discovery Point is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Toddler (Twos) Teacher to join our loving and energetic team! The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a genuine love for early childhood education. Our teachers play a key role in creating a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate lessons that promote growth and development. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Encourage curiosity, independence, and self-expression through play-based learning. Observe and document each child's developmental milestones and progress. Communicate effectively and positively with parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a caring and organized classroom. Follow all childcare safety and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with toddlers (preferred). CDA, TCC, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred). A nurturing personality and strong communication skills.
