Pre-K 3 Teacher (Full-Time) Mt. Olive Early Learning Center (MOELC) 3366 Mt. Olive Road East Point, GA 30344 Inspiring Young Minds Through Faith, Learning, and Love Mt. Olive Early Learning Center is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Full-Time Pre-K 3 Teacher to join our dedicated team of early childhood educators. We are looking for an individual who loves working with young children and is committed to providing a Christ-centered, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that prepares children for future academic success. Position Summary The Pre-K 3 Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, structured, and stimulating classroom where children can grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically. The ideal candidate will encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning through purposeful play and intentional instruction. Curriculum Mt. Olive Early Learning Center utilizes a comprehensive curriculum that includes: Abeka Curriculum to build early literacy, phonics, handwriting, language, and foundational math skills. Pinnacle Curriculum to support social-emotional growth, hands-on exploration, and developmental learning through play. ✝ Pebbles Curriculum to integrate Bible lessons, Christian values, character development, and faith-based learning into the classroom experience. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field CDA, TCC, Associate Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start regulations preferred Experience implementing lesson plans and age-appropriate classroom activities Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Must pass all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging daily lessons using the Abeka, Pinnacle, and Pebbles curricula Foster a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment Encourage language development, social skills, and kindergarten readiness Observe and assess children's developmental progress Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing compliance Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities Promote Christian values and positive character development Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities Benefits Full-Time Position Supportive Christian work environment Professional development opportunities Paid time off (per center policy) Opportunity to positively impact the lives of young children and their families How to Apply Qualified applicants should submit their resume and credentials to: Mt.
