Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Daycare Teacher, where your passion for nurturing and educating young children will make a lasting impact. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children. Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Support children's individual learning styles through tailored teaching strategies and positive behavior management techniques. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and share developmental milestones regularly. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play to promote comfort and well-being. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies related to childcare standards. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications such as special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior through effective caregiving techniques. Experience in toddler care, infant care, or working with children with special needs enhances your candidacy. Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with children, parents, and team members.
