Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Childcare Assistant Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education programs. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, support curriculum development, and ensure a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will drive strategic planning initiatives, manage budgets effectively, and foster a collaborative team culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education while working closely with staff, children, and families to create an engaging and supportive community. Duties Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum plans that promote early learning and development standards Supervise teaching staff and classroom activities to ensure high-quality educational experiences for children Coordinate fundraising efforts to support program growth, resource acquisition, and facility improvements Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals for program expansion and quality enhancement Oversee compliance with licensing regulations, safety protocols, and educational policies Provide public speaking engagements to communicate program successes, foster community relationships, and advocate for early childhood education Support staff professional development through coaching, training sessions, and performance evaluations Experience Proven management experience in education administration or childcare settings with a focus on leadership roles Extensive background in curriculum development tailored to early childhood learners Demonstrated success in fundraising activities to support educational programs or community initiatives Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to implement long-term growth initiatives Experience supervising teams of educators or administrative staff in a classroom or program setting Background in budgeting, financial management, and resource planning within an educational environment Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences including families, community partners, and stakeholders Prior classroom teaching experienaudiences,g directly with young children is highly desirable Join us in creating a vibrant learning environment where children flourish! Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
