- Create & Implement lesson plans and educational activities for 2 year-olds.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow by using gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and connection.
- Manage classroom behavior in a healthy way, and promote positive social interactions.
- Conduct consistent daily routines such as mealtime, outdoor learning, activities, naptime, and potty training.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with co-teacher to better serve students.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with student families through parent communication app. ` Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is required.
