Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an individualized and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to connect with young learners. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience and ensure consistency in teaching methods. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Skills Strong background in early childhood education with a focus on literacy education and curriculum development. Experience working with students in a childcare or private school for one year. Knowledge of child welfare practices and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. Proficiency in physical education activities that promote health and wellness among young children. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children with varying abilities. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development.
