Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address any concerns. Assess and document children's developmental progress through observations and evaluations. Organize and participate in activities that enhance physical, cognitive, and creative skills. Engage toddlers through age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and learning.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Additional certifications in child development or special education.
