Job Description

Kids Crossing has high expectations for employees that include a positive attitude, high energy level, cheerful disposition, and the ability to enjoy and respect all types and ages of children and adults. In addition to these personal character traits that are required for employment each lead teacher must have at least a Bachelor's degree or a CDA and have experience in the early childhood classroom. Assistant teachers must be 18 or older and be a high school graduate. All employees must have satisfactory criminal background checks and fingerprinting.
