Bi-Lingual Lead Teacher

Position Summary The Lead Teacher is responsible for designing and leading a high-quality early childhood classroom experience that supports the whole child—socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. This role provides instructional leadership and mentorship while ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment aligned with the mission of Bridge Pointe Church. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and daily activities Establish structured classroom routines that promote consistency and engagement Ensure the safety, supervision, and positive behavior of all children Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to students and parents. Create and maintain a nurturing, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Create teaching content in both Spanish and English languages. Assess and support children's development across all key domains Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and classroom updates Prepare instructional materials and manage classroom resources Lead, coach, and delegate responsibilities to the Teacher Aide Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred 1-3 years of preschool teaching experience Strong classroom management and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Collaborative, patient, and adaptable mindset Spanish-speaking ability is a requirement Alignment with the mission and values of the preschool and church Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25-30 pounds Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day Ability to supervise indoor and outdoor activities Work Environment Church-affiliated preschool classroom Structured, fast-paced environment requiring leadership and attentiveness Team-oriented culture focused on excellence and care Schedule Full-time or part-time based on program needs Compensation Based on experience, education, and qualifications

Pay:

$26,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
