Duties Implement creative, age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices. Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive social interactions. Manage classroom activities to ensure smooth daily routines, including circle time, play-based learning, and rest periods. Assess children's developmental progress through observations and standardized testing when applicable; tailor instruction to meet individual needs. Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to promote inclusive learning experiences. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and welfare. Proven classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment and handle behavior management effectively. Ability to work with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, parents, and specialists. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to support individual student growth. Knowledge of childcare practices, daycare operations, and private school environments. Competence in lesson planning that integrates early childhood education best practices and innovative teaching methods.
