Positions:

Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Support Teacher As a Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth. Qualifications Whether you are a career educator, looking to switch careers, or just looking for a place to start, we may have a place for you! The most important qualifications are that you love working with young children, have strong communication skills, and have a nurturing approach that is essential to healthy child development.

Lead and Assistant Teachers:

Experience in early childhood education is required. CDA, TCC, Associates, or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.

Support Teachers:

No prior experience required; training will be provided! Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Starting Salary Range:

$14-$19/hr depending on the level of experience, education, and position.
