Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive learning environment that encourages social-emotional growth and behavior management. Engage with children through interactive lessons, storytelling, and hands-on activities tailored to their developmental stages, including toddler care and preschool experiences. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address individual needs related to special education or early intervention, and support child welfare initiatives. Maintain detailed documentation of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable. Foster classroom management strategies that promote safety, respect, and inclusivity while ensuring smooth daily operations. Support children's physical health and well-being by teaching proper hygiene practices and supervising outdoor play and physical activities. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in daycare or preschool settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Experience in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists in special education or child welfare programs. Familiarity with classroom management tools and lesson planning to create engaging educational experiences for diverse learners. Previous experience working in private schools or daycare centers that emphasize early childhood education standards is a plus. Ability to adapt teaching approaches for children with special needs or those requiring additional support through tutoring or individualized instruction.
