Teacher

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team. This role involves fostering a positive learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years (depending on the age of the class). In this role, you will create a learning environment that will inspire curiosity and foster growth for the children in your class. Through lesson planning, classroom management, and personalized instruction, you will create a warm and inviting environment for children to promote lifelong learning. Our center is a fun and loving environment not only for the children, but for all the staff who are one big family! All training will be provided. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the age group of your class. Design engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, physical, and religious education to stimulate cognitive and social development. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes positive behavior management and child welfare. Collaborate with other teachers and the director to support individual learning needs and behavioral goals. Facilitate activities that support childhood development milestones. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, behavior management plans, and classroom incidents to ensure compliance with educational standards. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred but not required. Strong desire to train and learn what is required to teach in the classroom. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and other co-workers effectively. Ability to plan lessons that meet educational standards while fostering creativity and curiosity

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.50 per hour
