In this vital role, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development, literacy, social skills, and a love for learning. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help lay the foundation for future academic success while fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for preschoolers to explore and grow. Familiarity with literacy education strategies, standardized testing procedures, and teaching physical education activities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
