Substitute Preschool Teacher

Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Substitute Preschool Teacher! In this dynamic role, you will step into preschool classrooms to provide engaging, nurturing, and high-quality instruction that fosters young children's growth and development. Your enthusiasm and flexibility is a must! We need a candidate who wants to work a lot! Responsibilities Implement lesson plans and activities that promote early childhood development. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, safe learning environment through effective classroom management techniques. Support children's individual needs, including working with students. Foster engaging learning experiences by developing age-appropriate curriculum activities aligned with educational standards. Communicate clearly with children, parents, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and address any behavioral or developmental concerns. Assist with classroom organization, including setting up materials for lessons and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is preferred but not require. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Previous private school experience or working in diverse educational environments will be advantageous.
