Your Kinda Care Learning Adventure (YKCLA) is seeking reliable, energetic, and nurturing teachers to join our growing team. Our center focuses on structured learning, classroom management, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children ages infant-school age.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure safety of all children at all times Follow daily classroom schedule (learning, meals, nap, activities) Lead circle time (ABC's, numbers, shapes, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized classroom Communicate professionally with parents through approved platforms Enforce center policies (uniforms, routines, expectations) Work as a team to maintain ratios and classroom flow
Requirements:
Must be dependable and consistent (attendance is
REQUIRED
) Experience in childcare preferred Ability to manage multiple children in a structured setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Must pass background check CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday Shifts between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (9 Hour Shifts| 1 Hour Break) Must be flexible with scheduling
