Position Overview The Early Head Start Teacher creates a nurturing classroom environment where young children can explore, learn, and thrive. Our ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and enthusiastic, with a passion for helping little learners reach key developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement interactive, age-appropriate lessons using music, movement, dramatic play, and sensory exploration. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Engage children through dynamic, hands-on activities that promote curiosity and discovery. Collaborate with families, colleagues, and administrators to support each child's development. Promote creativity, patience, and playfulness in daily interactions. Qualifications Experience working with infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) preferred. Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
