Responsibilities Lead classroom activities by implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math concepts, and Montessori methods. Support children's social and emotional growth through positive behavior management strategies and individualized attention. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop engaging curricula that foster curiosity and learning across various subjects such as early childhood education, childcare, and special education. Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring a safe, organized environment conducive to exploration and discovery. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Assist in planning and executing activities tailored for children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities. Maintain detailed records of children's development, attendance, and classroom observations to support ongoing assessment, deetailed progress, and curriculum adjustments. Qualifications You have a minimum of 1 year profesional experience. High energy, patient, kind. Ability to work well with others. Team Player. Excellent leadership, creative and organizational skills. Strong oral, verbal,a nd written communication skills. Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and experience with behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education practices, including working with children with autism or disabilities. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, Montessori methods, and toddler care strategies. Experience in classroom management and curriculum development within early childhood or preschool environments.
