Hours:

25 hours a week Monday and Friday 6:45am-5:30pm Tuesday or Wednesday 9:30am-1pm Responsibilities Assist with supervising children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to promote safety and engagement. Support classroom management by helping organize activities that encourage learning and social interaction. Implement age-appropriate activities that foster early childhood development, including preschool skills, toddler care, and infant care routines. Maintain a clean and safe and respectful environment by following health and safety protocols, including basic first aid when necessary. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other caregivers to ensure consistent care and support. Help with daily caregiving tasks such as diapering, feeding, and comforting children to promote their well-being. Skills Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings. Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for young children. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents and team members. Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience and enthusiasm for nurturing children's growth.
