The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children during daily activities, playtime, and rest periods. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills. Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment, including toys, supplies, and play areas. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and any concerns. Assist with feeding, diapering, and basic health needs in accordance with safety standards. Support children's emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Follow all licensing regulations and best practices related to childcare and early childhood education. Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques. First aid certification and CPR training to handle emergencies confidently. Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and effective behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education needs or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members.
