In this vital role, you will support early childhood development by engaging children in educational activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering positive behavior. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help children thrive physically, emotionally, and socially while providing peace of mind to families trusting us with their little ones. Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure their safety and well-being Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that supports learning and exploration Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all licensing regulations, safety protocols, and childcare standards to ensure compliance at all times Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus Demonstrated classroom management skills and ability to handle diverse behavioral situations effectively Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, team members, and children Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, or full-day shifts as needed Passion for caregiving and fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and learning Join us in shaping bright futures!
