Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and caring for children, fostering their developmental growth, and ensuring their well-being through structured activities and attentive caregiving. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help children thrive during their formative years, making a positive impact on their early childhood experience. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children in a safe and welcoming environment Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Monitor children's behavior, enforce classroom rules, and manage conflicts with positive behavior management techniques Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress and any concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space to ensure safety and comfort Follow all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively Compassionate caregiving attitude with excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to changing needs of children Reliable, patient, energetic, and committed to creating a positive environment for children's growth Join us in making a meaningful difference in young lives!
