Duties:
```- Lead and manage a classroom of students, providing a safe and nurturing environment

Education and Experience:
- Previous experience working as a lead teacher or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for students with special needs
