Lead Teacher

Lead Teacher Formative Years Growing and Learning Center is searching for a qualified Lead Teacher to join our team of professional educators. Our all-day child care and preschool are recognized as top programs in the community.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and implementing the Creative Curriculum, an age appropriate developmental curriculum Providing a nurturing and educational classroom environment Set an excellent example for all other staff Daily parent communication verbally and with the Brightwheel app Ensuring the health and safety of each child Is aware and complies with all licensing standards Working cooperatively as part of the educational team to develop and implement the curriculum throughout all of our programs Requirements include: 2+ years of early childhood education or related experience Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree or a willingness to be trained and educated (educational assistance is available) Our generous benefit package includes paid vacation, sick and personal days, paid holidays, medical, dental and life insurance, bonuses and educational assistance as well as a fun, positive work environment!
