Summer Full-Time / Fall Part-Time Job Summary We are looking for energetic, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team for a high-energy summer! This role involves engaging with toddlers and young children age 2 to 12, heading games and summer activities. You will work closely with parents and staff to ensure the highest quality of care, education and fun.

Key Responsibilities Active Supervision:

Support lead staff in maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children ages 2 through school-age.

Field Trip Leadership:

Safely escort and engage with school-age children during summer outings and community trips.

Routine Management:

Follow established daily schedules, including meal times, nap time for younger children, and activity transitions.

Emotional Coaching:

Implement techniques to help children navigate social-emotional challenges and self-regulation. Skills Strong experience in toddler care and understanding of early childhood development principles. Effective behavior management skills to create a positive classroom atmosphere. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging activities that promote learning through play. Requirements Must pass required background checks. Be CPR Certified Experience in childcare or education preferred.
