Daycare Teacher

Job Summary Join our daycare center team as a Daycare Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young minds and foster a nurturing learning environment. In this role, you will design curriculum activities, support children's social and emotional development, and create a safe space for toddlers and preschoolers to explore, learn, and grow. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans Foster a positive classroom atmosphere Support children's emotional well-being Engage with children during play, learning activities, and structured lessons to promote childhood development milestones. Collaborate with parents/guardians, On-Site Supervisor and Director to communicate progress, address concerns, and support ongoing child development. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Strong communication skills to effectively work with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists Experience Prior childcare experience in a daycare setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childcare principles Experience working with children in diverse settings
