Job Description

Preschool One-on-One Aide & Daycare Associate Holy Trinity Catholic Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Preschool One-on-One Aide and Daycare Associate . This position will provide individualized support to a preschool child while also assisting teachers and staff with daily classroom activities and childcare responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support and supervision for a preschool child. Assist with implementing age-appropriate activities and learning experiences. Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Support children with daily routines including meals, rest time, toileting, and transitions. Encourage positive social interactions and development. Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families. Follow all childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with young children preferred. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must pass required background checks.
