Position Overview:

We are looking for a flexible, dependable, and energetic team member to join our staff as a Float Teacher , with the opportunity to work as a School-Age Teacher during the summer months . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

As a

Float Teacher:

Support multiple classrooms (infant through preschool) Step in where needed to maintain ratios and support staff Assist with daily routines, activities, and classroom management Build positive relationships with children and staff As a School-Age Teacher (Summer): Lead and supervise school-age children during summer programming Plan and facilitate engaging activities, games, and outdoor play Ensure a safe, structured, and fun environment

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Flexible and able to adapt to different age groups and classrooms Positive, patient, and team-oriented Experience in childcare preferred (but willing to train the right person) Must be able to pass Idaho enhanced background check requirements

Schedule:

Full-time position Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends) Summer schedule will shift to school-age classroom coverage
