Daycare Worker/Teacher

We are looking for caring, energetic, and reliable individuals who love working with young children and thrive in a team environment. Candidates should be fluent in Spanish and English , enjoy planning fun, developmentally appropriate activities, and have a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children ages 0-5. Communicate with children and families in both English and Spanish. Implement daily routines and bilingual curriculum activities (songs, circle time, art, sensory play). Supervise and engage children during play, meals, and rest periods. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure a positive, supportive environment. Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken). 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED. Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting per Idaho childcare licensing standards.
