4240 E Amity Ave, Nampa 444 N Linder Rd, Meridian 5609 N Glenwood St, Garden City Responsibilities Implement daily lesson plans and activities aligned with curriculum standards to promote early childhood development Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's independence and social skills Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Support children's literacy, math, and foundational skills through engaging instruction and hands-on activities Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure clear understanding of classroom routines and student progress Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with autism or special education requirements Assist with classroom organization, setup of learning materials, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Requirements

IMPECCABLE RELIABIILTY

Strong work ethic Current background check (or willingness to obtain immediately) Prior experience working with young children in preschool or early childhood education settings Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues Familiarity with behavior management strategies and working with students with diverse needs Background in early childhood development, literacy education, math instruction, or Montessori methods is preferred Experience in private schools or special education environments is a plus Certification or coursework in childhood development or early childhood education is advantageous Ability to be flexible, energetic, and proactive in managing classroom activities and student needs Embark on a rewarding journey by supporting the growth of young learners!
