Here's an exciting opportunity: this is a full-time teaching position with a part-time work schedule of approximately 28-32 hours per week (depending on prep time) , offering the benefits and commitment of a full-time role with a more flexible weekly rhythm. You'll keep parents in the loop with warm and insightful updates on their child's growth and discoveries. You'll help us maintain a smooth and organized environment with accurate and thoughtful record-keeping. What you bring to the team: A real understanding of how young children develop and learn

Experience in guiding young learners in an educational setting. A knack for creating fun and age-appropriate activities that captivate young minds. Excellent communication skills that help you connect with children and adults alike. You're naturally organized and pay attention to the little details that matter. You have a gift for creating a positive and harmonious classroom atmosphere. (A plus!) If you have experience with supporting children with special needs , that's wonderful. You know how to help children navigate their interactions in positive ways (Positive Discipline). What we're looking for: You have 3 or more years of Montessori experience bringing out the best in young children. You hold a valid Montessori teaching certification or license

You have (or are willing to get) your CPR and First Aid certification to ensure everyone's well-being. This full-time teaching position offers part-time work hours totaling approximately 28-32 hours per week , running from the Tuesday after Labor Day until the Thursday before Memorial Day each year. Our classroom time is Monday

• Wednesday (8:30 am
• 3:00 pm) and Thursday (8:30 am
• 11:30 am), with additional time for you to prepare your beautiful classroom and engaging lessons.
