This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the minds of future innovators by creating engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. As a leader in early childhood education, you will oversee classroom activities, mentor fellow educators, and ensure a nurturing environment that promotes holistic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood development, curriculum development, and STEM instruction, with a commitment to fostering inclusive and stimulating learning experiences for preschool-aged children. Duties Develop and implement dynamic STEM curricula tailored to preschool learners, integrating hands-on activities that promote exploration and discovery Lead classroom instruction with enthusiasm, employing effective classroom management techniques to maintain an engaging learning environment Mentor and support teaching staff by sharing best practices in early intervention, behavior management, and inclusive education strategies Monitor and assess student progress through observations; adapt teaching approaches accordingly Foster strong communication with parents and guardians by providing regular updates on children's development and educational milestones Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols to maintain a secure learning environment Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across STEM disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, and math for young learners Knowledge of special education principles and early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs Experience in childhood development theories and best practices for toddler care and preschool education Familiarity with child-centered educational philosophies is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners Previous experience working in daycare centers or private schools is advantageous Join us in shaping the next generation of thinkers and innovators!
