Job Description
Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Daycare Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire growth, curiosity, and joy. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children in our care. Your dedication will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and social-emotional well-being, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, physical education, and hands-on activities tailored to toddlers and preschoolers. Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to ensure safety and positive interactions. Support children with special education needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention. Foster open communication with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and welfare. Maintain detailed records of child development progress, standardized testing results when applicable, and daily activities. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices in childhood education and child welfare. Other duties as required and assigned within scope of work. Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and working with children across early childhood settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and special education practices. Expertise in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and specialists effectively. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering an inclusive environment for all children. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment when applicable. Experience with toddler care, preschool activities, childcare routines, and private school environments is highly desirable. Pay:
