We are looking for individuals who can use their creativity and Goddard's learning-through-play program as a basis for unique lesson plans that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way, to instill a life-long love of learning! We are looking for someone who is patient, courteous, and professional with children, parents and co-workers.
Lead teacher responsibilities include:
Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment. Planning and implementing project-based lesson plans that match student's development needs and interests. Interacting with children to support play, exploration, and learning. Establishing positive communications with the parents. Performing observations to be documented in each child's portfolio and assessments as needed. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
