We are looking for educators who enjoy helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Requirements Must be at least 19 years old CDA required OR college transcripts with child development coursework Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting CPR & First Aid Certification (Infant & Child) preferred Must pass a criminal background check Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the day Responsibilities Plan and lead developmentally appropriate classroom activities Create a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment Complete lesson plans and child assessments Maintain open communication with families and staff Follow DCFS standards and company policies Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth Benefits After 30
