Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment, and works well collaboratively with staff, children, and families.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and productive workplace Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center (required) Strong understanding of early childhood development principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment Dependable, patient, and nurturing attitude
