Early Childhood Education Staff

Monmouth Community Childcare Center is growing and expanding our classrooms, and we are looking for caring, dependable, and passionate individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring multiple full-time and part-time positions including Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Part-Time Break Staff. Our center is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Pay:

$15-$17 per hour based on qualifications and experience

Lead Teachers (Full-Time) Assistant Teachers (Full-Time)

Part-Time Break Staff Full-Time Schedule:

8-hour workday 1-hour lunch break Monday-Friday Day shift General Qualifications (All Positions) Must be at least 18 years old Must have a high school diploma or GED Must complete a background check Must obtain a physical and TB test (or have one completed within the last 6 months) Must be certified in Infant, Pediatric, and Adult CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain certification before employment Must be dependable, caring, and able to work well with children and staff Assistant Teacher & Break Staff Responsibilities Work under the supervision of a Lead Teacher Assist with all aspects of classroom management and daily routines Help implement activities that support emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment Exhibit a kind, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to sit, stand, walk, run, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds Lead Teacher Qualifications Applicants for Lead Teacher positions must meet one of the following requirements: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education 30 college credit hours plus 1 year of Early Childhood classroom experience Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Why Join Our Team?
