We have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for an excellent Assistant Director to lead the curriculum of our high quality education program at Childcare Center of Saint Charles. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned assistant director to manage a center's classroom programs. You will have access to excellent training and mentorship.

Position Overview:

You will be part of the management team responsible for managing the overall program including in room curriculum, program planning, program implementation and evaluation; student assessments, family relations, social media marketing and inventory management.

Location requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of full time experience in managing center-based programs in an Assistant Director or similar management role. Candidates should have all credentials required for the position of a Assistant Director per DCFS. A thorough knowledge of IL Licensing regulations (DCFS) for child care centers and a great understanding of developmentally-appropriate practices Must have at least an AA degree in child care or management, or related field.
