WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
For Assistant Director:
College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred At least 1-2 years of early childhood experience, preferably in a leadership or administrative role Strong organizational skills and ability to support center operations Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements
YOUR ROLE AS A LEADER
As an Assistant Director , you will: Oversee center operations including staff, families, enrollment, and quality standards Partner with parents to ensure the best care and educational outcomes Support teachers in implementing Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes Interact directly with children to support learning, play, and development Foster a collaborative and positive team culture Assist with staff evaluations, feedback, and training Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards Continue your own professional development while inspiring your team to do the same
