Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of children, including toddlers and preschoolers. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and social interaction. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation among students. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor progress through assessments, standardized testing, and ongoing observations. Support children with special education needs or early intervention programs by adapting teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of student development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare standards. Requirements Proven classroom management skills with experience in preschool or daycare settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education tailored for young children. Familiarity with Montessori methods, standardized testing procedures, and teaching physical education is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Demonstrated ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds and needs in a nurturing manner. Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
