Job Summary:

Our child care facility is looking for a caring, compassionate Childcare Team Member who has a desire to work with children. This position is working with 2 and 3 year olds. Other positions may be available in a variety of age ranges. Our ministry is committed to providing top quality childcare and learning for students who are enrolled in our program. Our goal is to partner with the families of the children entrusted to us to provide a caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their growth and development. Job Responsibilities:

Work with the lead teacher of the class to provide a rich learning environment. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care. Assist children in appropriate behavior using Positive Guidance techniques. Cultivate positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers. Assist in maintaining a structured and stimulating educational environment. Help the lead teacher to maintain documentation of children's day. Skill Requirements (Training Will Be Provided): 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent Organizational Skills Certified in First Aid and CPR or obtain upon higher Positive Support and Guidance of children Knowledge of Child Development Ongoing Professional Development Training (Training classes will be provided)
