The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports the developmental needs of two-year-old children through play-based learning and positive guidance. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Supervise children during classroom, outdoor, and meal activities Communicate effectively with parents and staff Support potty training and daily care routines Follow all state licensing and center policies Qualifications High school diploma or GED required CDA, associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or related experience preferred Experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day Benefits Competitive pay Paid holidays and time off Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Employee childcare discount (if applicable) Schedule Monday-Friday Full-time hours How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your experience working with young children.
